Your information

Privacy policy

Privacy policy

This policy covers information handled through this website, enquiries and bookings for an initial meeting.

Who is responsible for your information?

Jeex is an automation consultancy run by Jeet Jain in Gurugram, India. If you have a question about how your information is handled, email jeet@jeex.tech.

What information is collected?

When you email Jeex, we receive your email address, your name, your message and any other information you send. When you book a meeting, the information you enter, the time you choose and related meeting details are used to arrange it. The service that runs this website also handles technical information needed to display the site and protect it.

How is your information used?

Your enquiry and booking details are used to reply to you, understand your requirements, arrange meetings and discuss possible work. Contacting Jeex does not mean you have agreed to receive marketing emails. Information may also be used to meet legal requirements or resolve a dispute.

Which other service providers handle your information?

The companies that provide website hosting, email, booking and online meeting services handle the information needed to provide those services. Their privacy policies explain how they use information, where they store it and how they protect it. Relevant information may also be shared when the law requires it.

Website visit statistics and cookies

The website hosting service provides statistics about visits to this site without using analytics cookies. Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. The external meeting booking service may use cookies or other browser storage. You can manage these through your browser settings and any settings provided by the booking service.

How long is your information kept?

Enquiry and booking information is kept for as long as it is needed to respond to your request and maintain relevant business records. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal or accounting requirements, or to resolve a dispute. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.

How can you ask about or change your information?

Email jeet@jeex.tech to ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, correct an error, ask for deletion or raise a privacy concern. You can withdraw permission for a use that you have a choice about. Jeex may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If the law requires us to keep certain information, we will explain why it cannot be deleted. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

What should you share in an initial enquiry?

Describe the work without sending passwords, payment details or personal records about customers, staff or students. This website is intended for people contacting Jeex on behalf of a business, school, college or other institution. If a project needs access to your systems or personal records, we will agree separately on who may access them and why.

Using this website

Website terms

Website terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. A separate written agreement applies to any client project.

Service information, examples and estimates

This website explains Jeex’s services and how we work. Examples and estimates show what a system may be able to do. They do not guarantee a particular result. What can be built depends on your requirements, the access available, the other services involved and the work agreed for the project.

How a project is agreed

Sending an enquiry or booking a meeting does not mean you have agreed to pay for a project. Before work begins, we agree in writing on what is included, fees, payment dates, timelines, ownership, confidentiality, support and cancellation terms. The accepted project agreement sets the terms for that work.

Responsible use of this website

Do not use this website to send illegal content, pretend to be someone else, disrupt the site or try to access systems without permission. Only send information that you have permission to share.

Website content and links to other websites

The content on this website belongs to Jeex or the relevant owner. You may read it and share links to it. If you want to copy or reuse protected content beyond what the law allows, you must obtain permission. Other websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Jeex does not control their content or whether they remain available.

Changes to this page and the law that applies

We may update this page when the website or the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised. Indian law applies to use of this website, subject to any legal rights that must apply to you. Nothing on this page takes away a right that the law does not allow us to remove.
